- 2 full conference registrations, additional regular conference registration can be purchased at $227 each

Exhibit Booth Selection Policy:
Exhibit booth details are determined in this manner. Sponsors are given first choice of booth selection based on their Sponsorship Level and the timing of their payment. After that, regular exhibitors can select their booth location, prioritizing those who pay first. This operates on a first come, first paid basis for conference registration.
Please note that The Drone Forum reserves the right to make the final decision on booth locations to prevent competitors from being situated next to each other. For instance, we will strive to avoid placing two drone competitors in adjacent booths.

Sponsorship/Exhibit Cancellation Policy:
Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our website, in our promotional emails, and on our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group Page, no refunds will be given for cancellations related to conference registration. You may request a credit for a future Drone Forum if the request is received 30 days in advance of the current event. In the event of bad weather, a viral infection, or if the conference is cancelled, the Drone Forum is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging. Additionally, the Drone Forum will not issue refunds for registrations, exhibit booth details, sponsorships, event activities, or any associated fees.
