The Drone Forum has been alerted to an issue affecting both exhibitors and sponsors in the realm of drone business opportunities. Businesses without any legitimate relationship with the Drone Forum are contacting our drone forum exhibitors and misrepresenting themselves as wholesale vendors. They claim to offer Forum registrants hotel rooms at deeply discounted rates and are attempting to sell a list of attendees related to the Forum.

For your safety, we will NOT reach out to solicit your hotel reservations or sell the list of attendees separately. To protect yourself, avoid making reservations through any unknown housing or travel companies, and do not purchase a “List of Attendees” from unsolicited emails.

If you encounter a third-party company claiming to sell you a room for the event, ensure that you verify their affiliation with the hotel or conference before providing any credit card information. Otherwise, you risk losing any charges you authorize and will not have accommodation at our event focused on drone services.
