Drone Conference Registration Fees

VIP Registration: $397

As part of the drone conference package, you'll receive a list of attendees along with full contact information, excluding those who opted out of having their details shared. Your VIP registration will grant you access to the exclusive VIP lounge, a conference name badge, and participation in two continental breakfasts. You'll also receive two drink tickets for the Wednesday and Thursday receptions, Thursday lunch, and three refreshment breaks. Additionally, you will receive the final program, admission to all sessions and the exhibit hall, access to the hotel room block (based on availability), and proceedings that include conference video recordings and presentations in PDF format. Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot attend the drone conference, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the event. You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee. Please note that no refunds will be granted after the 10-day notice period for any reason. In the event of bad weather, a viral infection, or if the conference is cancelled, FRC is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging. Additionally, FRC will not issue refunds for drone forum registration, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities, or any associated fees, including VIP registration fees.

VIP Registration Cancellation Policy:

Because we will be sending VIP Registrants the pre-registered database containing full contact information, please note that once this database is distributed, there will be no refunds. If a cancellation is requested prior to the distribution of the VIP registration information, the Regular Registration Cancellation Policy above will apply. This policy is crucial for those considering attending our drone conference, so be sure to review the registration information carefully, especially regarding drone forum registration and VIP registration fees.

Consumer Data Privacy Rights:

Contact information of conference registrants for the drone conference will be shared with Sponsors, Exhibitors, and VIP Registrants.
